Lead Pastors

Anthony and Renee Cain

Since he was called to the ministry in 1989, Anthony Cain, pastor of Keith Street Ministries, has held a passion to serve God and impact lives for the cause of advancing the gospel of Christ. Anthony has a strong desire to use his life experiences and professional training for the pastoral ministry in the community of Cleveland and Bradly County. In the years since accepting the call to minister, Anthony has served as a pastor, church planter, youth and associate pastor, state youth director, youth camp director, mission team leader, and a committee member with state, regional and national ministries. His community involvement allowed him to coordinate large community events such as annual community health fairs and major community Thanksgiving and Christmas events for underprivileged children and Senior Adults in northwest Georgia. These projects served as many as 1,000 plus children. He also volunteered as a high school football chaplain for six years.

Anthony and his wife, Renee, were named volunteers of the year by the Northwest Georgia United Way. In his duties as family advocate, he worked for the largest child abuse council in north Georgia (The Family Support Council), supervising family service workers and providing support to families of 12 different schools. This led him to acquire his Master’s Degree and advocate for students as a school counselor where he served for more than 15 years.

Anthony has been married for 30 years to Renee (a retired School Counselfor of 30 years) and they have three sons (two are married), Zachary (Jaycee), Jonathan (Neeley) and Joshua. They became grandparents in April of 2022 with the arrival of their first grandson (Anderson Russell).

Pastor Cain holds an Associate’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Tomlinson College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Ministries and Human Relations from Point University, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Lee University.
