Bishop Robert George, Jr. has more than 25 years of ministry experience, having faithfully served as a youth pastor, associate pastor, and senior pastor. He and his wife, Beth—married since 2006—share a deep commitment to both family and ministry. Beth is a registered dental hygienist, and together they are the proud parents of two children: Hayley, a student at Lee University, and Eli, a sophomore in high school. Their family counts it a joy and privilege to serve the Lord together and to invest in the life of the local church.

From 2018 to August 2026, Bishop George served as Senior Pastor of Lawrence Chapel in Crossville, Tennessee. He currently serves as Tennessee’s Ministerial Development and Training Coordinator, which taps into his passion to encourage, equip, and strengthen ministers across the state. His heart beats for preaching God’s Word, making disciples, and helping people grow in their walk with Christ.

Bishop George is a graduate of Lee University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Leadership, and of the Pentecostal Theological Seminary, where he completed a Master of Arts in Church Ministries.
